Beetroot, Feta & Olive Crostini

 

Serves 4-6

Ingredients:

  • Crostini breads

  • 1 tub preferred olives

  • Feta

  • Olive Oil

  • 1 tub Chris’ Homestyle Beetroot Dip

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Spread Chris’ Homestyle Beetroot Dip on top of each crostini

  2. Crumble feta over the top

  3. Place 1-2 olives on top of each crostini

  4. Sprinkle each crostini with salt and pepper to taste

  5. Drizzle with olive oil

  6. Serve and enjoy!
