Capsicum & Olive Pasta Salad

 

Ingredients:

  • 250g dry large spiral pasta, cooked al dente and cooled

  • 1 red capsicum, diced

  • 5 spring onions, sliced

  • ½ cup kalamata olives, halved

  • 1 punnet cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1 tub Chris’ Homestyle Spicy Capsicum dip

  • Seasoning

Method:

  1. Place everything into a large bowl and combine very well until the dip has coated all the pasta spirals.

  2. Season with salt and pepper to your preference and serve straight away!
