Capsicum & Olive Pasta Salad
Ingredients:
250g dry large spiral pasta, cooked al dente and cooled
1 red capsicum, diced
5 spring onions, sliced
½ cup kalamata olives, halved
1 punnet cherry tomatoes, halved
1 tub Chris’ Homestyle Spicy Capsicum dip
Seasoning
Method:
Place everything into a large bowl and combine very well until the dip has coated all the pasta spirals.
Season with salt and pepper to your preference and serve straight away!
