Hommus & Quinoa Fritters
Serves 2
Ingredients:
1 cup Chris’ Traditional Hommus Dip
1 egg
1 250g pkt cooked quinoa from rice aisle
½ cup plain flour
Oil for shallow frying
Method:
Place everything into a bowl except for oil and combine well.
Heat oil in a small pan on medium, enough for shallow frying.
Take golf-ball sized spoonful of batter and place into the oil. Fry on each side until golden.
Season with sea salt and serve.
