Hommus & Quinoa Fritters

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Chris’ Traditional Hommus Dip

  • 1 egg

  • 1 250g pkt cooked quinoa from rice aisle

  • ½ cup plain flour

  • Oil for shallow frying

Method:

  1. Place everything into a bowl except for oil and combine well.

  2. Heat oil in a small pan on medium, enough for shallow frying.

  3. Take golf-ball sized spoonful of batter and place into the oil. Fry on each side until golden.
    Season with sea salt and serve.
