Roasted Red & Green Veggie Skewers

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Chop your capsicums and zucchinis into bite sized pieces. 

  2. Chop your red onion into thin but tasty pieces that won’t burn on the BBQ. 

  3. Assemble your veggies on BBQ safe skewers in whichever order you like. 

  4. On the BBQ or in a pan, roast your skewers until your veggies begin to brown evenly, turning occasionally. 

  5. Serve on a platter with some Chris’ Plant Based Spicy Capsicum to dip!
