Tzatziki, Chorizo & Rocket Toasts

Ingredients:

  • Chris’ Traditional Tzatziki Dip

  • Sliced chorizo, grilled in a frypan

  • A handful of rocket

  • The juice of half a lemon

  • Sourdough bread, cut into thick slices

Method: 

  1. Spread the tzatziki thickly over the fresh sourdough. Top with sliced chorizo, rocket, lemon juice and serve.
