Tzatziki, Chorizo & Rocket Toasts
Ingredients:
Chris’ Traditional Tzatziki Dip
Sliced chorizo, grilled in a frypan
A handful of rocket
The juice of half a lemon
Sourdough bread, cut into thick slices
Method:
Spread the tzatziki thickly over the fresh sourdough. Top with sliced chorizo, rocket, lemon juice and serve.
