The Perfect Greek Entertaining Platter

Serves 4-6

Ingredients:

For Board:

For Greek Salad:

  • 1 x cucumber

  • 3 x tomatoes

  • 1 red onion

  • 50g greek feta

  • Pitted Kalamata olives

  • Olive Oil, dried oregano, lemon & pepper to serve

Method:

  1. Organise board ingredients on your favourite board in the order that you like - we like cutting our pomegranate and passion fruits in half to show the inside!

  2. Place olive oil and oregano in a small bowl, and brush pita with the mixture with a pastry brush before putting on the grill to heat and char slightly

  3. For the greek salad, chop up cucumbers, tomatoes and red onions into chunks and place into a bowl. Top with kalamata olives and crumble feta over the top. We love topping our greek salad with some dried oregano, olive oil and some black pepper

  4. Finally, place a few lemon wedges around the board and salad for some extra flavour

  5. Enjoy!
