Lamb Kebab with Tzatziki

 

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe tomatoes - thinly sliced

  • 1 onion - thinly sliced

  • Shredded Iceberg

  • 1 large, or 2 small cucumbers - thinly sliced

  • 4 Lamb kebabs on skewers (homemade, or store-bought!)

  • 4 pita breads

  • 1 Tub of Chris’ Homestyle Tzatziki Dip

  • Salt to taste

  • Fresh lemon juice to squeeze

Method:

  1. Grill lamb skewers until medium rare

  2. Grill pita breads with olive oil until warm and golden

  3. Assemble pita by spreading Chris’ Tzatziki on the bottom, placing lettuce, tomatoes and onion on top

  4. Place Lamb kebab on top and remove skewer

  5. Drizzle extra Tzatziki on the top and squeeze over fresh lemon juice

  6. Enjoy!
