Greek Yoghurt Banana Bread

 

Ingredients:

• 2 ripe bananas, mashed

• ½ cup Chris’ Pot Set Greek yogurt

• ¼ cup honey

• 1 egg

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• 1 ½ cups flour

• 1 tsp baking soda

• ½ tsp cinnamon

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 175°C.

2. Mix bananas, yogurt, honey, egg, and vanilla.

3. Add flour, baking soda, and cinnamon. Stir until combined.

4. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes.

5. Enjoy!
