Puffed Goat Cheese, Cranberry and Almond Bites
Serves 3-4
Ingredients:
Filo Pastry
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup dry roasted almonds
Half a bunch of parsley
Chris’ Dips HeritageGoat Cheese & Black Truffle
Method:
Begin by defrosting your filo pastry ahead of cooking time.
Preheating your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Using regular or mini cupcake moulds as your guide, slice squares of filo pastry and line the cupcake mould (Remember to spray with olive or canola oil to avoid sticking).
In a bowl, mix together 1 cup of dried cranberries, 1 cup of dry roasted almonds, chopped parsley and 1 tub of Heritage Goat Cheese & Black Truffle dip.
Put a tablespoon of mixture in each pastry mould.
Bake in the oven until pastry puffs, and dip begins to golden on top.
Remove from oven, and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
