Steak and Char-Grilled Asparagus and Tomatoes
Serves 2
Ingredients:
2 steaks
2 large tomatoes
1 bunch asparagus
1 bunch parsley
Chris’ Dips Heritage Blue Cheese, Fig & Pistachi
Method:
Begin by lightly steaming asparagus in the microwave.
On the BBQ or in a hot pan, cook your steaks with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Half way through, add your asparagus and halved tomatoes to the grill or pan.
Toss lightly until all ingredients have lovely char-grill marks.
Remove from heat, and plate up with a dollop of Heritage Blue Cheese, Fig & Pistachio dip, and it should melt beautifully over your steak.
