Prawns with Smashed Avocado and Dip

 

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • Fresh or frozen prawns

  • 1 red chilli

  • 2 limes

  • 2 avocados

  • Chris’ Dips Homestyle Spicy Jalapeño

Method:

  1. In a pan or on the BBQ, prepare and cook prawns according to whether they are fresh or frozen.

  2. Cook until they turn a lovely shade of pink. You might like to add some salt, pepper and olive oil while cooking.

  3. Transfer them to a serving platter.

  4. In a small bowl, mash two avocados along with one tub of Chris’ Dips Homestyle Spicy Jalapeño, to create a creamy spicy dip.

  5. Juice one lime on top of your prawns.

  6. Sprinkle finely chopped chilli for extra heat.

  7. Dip your prawns and enjoy!!
