Hommus Pinwheels

 

Serves 3

Ingredients:

  • Roasted Garlic Hommus Dip

  • 3 Wholemeal Wraps

  • Lettuce (shredded)

  • Sun-dried Tomatoes

  • 1 Avocado (sliced)

  • 1/2 Cucumber (sliced)

  • Method:

  1. Spread Garlic Hommus on the wraps

  2. Add lettuce, sun-dried tomatoes, avocado, and cucumber to wrap

  3. Roll up the wrap and cut into desired sized pinwheels

  4. Serve with extra hommus for dipping

  5. Enjoy!
