Hommus Pinwheels
Serves 3
Ingredients:
Roasted Garlic Hommus Dip
3 Wholemeal Wraps
Lettuce (shredded)
Sun-dried Tomatoes
1 Avocado (sliced)
1/2 Cucumber (sliced)
Method:
Spread Garlic Hommus on the wraps
Add lettuce, sun-dried tomatoes, avocado, and cucumber to wrap
Roll up the wrap and cut into desired sized pinwheels
Serve with extra hommus for dipping
