Mixed Berry Yoghurt Smoothie

 

Makes 2 large or 4 small cups

Ingredients:

  • 4-5 fresh or frozen strawberries

  • 60g fresh or frozen blueberries

  • 2 tablespoons of Chris’ Pot Set Greek Yoghurt

  • 4 cubes of ice

  • 250ml of milk of your choice

  • Honey, to taste

Method:

  1. Place strawberries, blueberries, yoghurt, ice, milk and honey into blender

  2. Blend until smooth

  3. Serve and enjoy!

TIP: Add a scoop of vanilla protein powder for an extra bit of delicious protein.
