Mixed Berry Yoghurt Smoothie
Makes 2 large or 4 small cups
Ingredients:
4-5 fresh or frozen strawberries
60g fresh or frozen blueberries
2 tablespoons of Chris’ Pot Set Greek Yoghurt
4 cubes of ice
250ml of milk of your choice
Honey, to taste
Method:
Place strawberries, blueberries, yoghurt, ice, milk and honey into blender
Blend until smooth
Serve and enjoy!
TIP: Add a scoop of vanilla protein powder for an extra bit of delicious protein.
