Yoghurt Breakfast Waffles

 

Makes 2

Ingredients:

  • 2 - 4 fresh figs

  • 4 waffles (pre made)

  • 3 tablespoons of Chris’ Pot Set Greek Yoghurt

  • Fresh mint, to garnish

  • Seeds of half a pomegranate

  • Honey or maple syrup, to serve

Method:

  1. Heat/cook your waffles and place 2 on each plate

  2. Top with dollops of Chris’ Pot Set Greek yoghurt

  3. Quarter figs and place them on top of each place

  4. Sprinkle pomegranate seeds over the top of each plate

  5. Garnish with fresh basil leaves

  6. Drizzle honey or maple syrup over the top, serve & enjoy!
